Mr. Coriden is a Partner with Coriden & Coriden, LLC and concentrates his practice in the areas of Worker’s Compensation and Civil Litigation.  Tim represents clients from Indiana and other states, advocating on their behalf in disputed claims and threatened or pending litigation.  Mr. Coriden has successfully served as counsel in dozens of jury trials and administrative hearings throughout Indiana.  Tim routinely advises both clients and attorneys alike on the rights and remedies bestowed upon injured workers within the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Act.  Mr. Coriden also provides counsel to his clients on the complex interplay between the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Act and Federal programs such as the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services and Social Security Disability.

Drawing upon his extensive municipal law experience, Mr. Coriden also counsels the firm’s private clients on local and state government regulations and laws. Appointed as City Attorney, by then Mayor, Fred L. Armstrong, Tim oversaw the Department of Law for the City of Columbus between 2004-2010. On December 7, 2010, Tim was awarded a “Key to the City” and a Proclamation was issued on his behalf for his service to the City of Columbus.  Mr. Coriden also served as the City Attorney for Greensburg, Indiana, from 2008-2011, appointed by current Mayor Gary Herbert. Tim utilizes these experiences to help his clients navigate their way through local laws and regulatory schemes throughout Indiana.

Prior to joining Coriden & Coriden, LLC in 2001, (formerly Coriden Coriden Andrews & Glover & Coriden Law Office), Tim graduated from Xavier University in 1997 and he received his law degree from Toledo University in 2001.  Tim is married to Ann Coriden, a fellow attorney with Coriden & Coriden, LLC and they have two children, Peter and Danny.  Tim is the son to fellow firm partner, G.
